Moving the Portrait of a Graduate (PoG) Beyond the Poster
In late 2024, the Academy Principals Circle officially launched, adding a new dimension to the Ford NGL network. This Circle, along with others, took inspiration from the recent Leadership Council session on “Moving the PoG Beyond a Poster on the Wall.” Participants explored how their roles influence the shared responsibility of turning the PoG into a lived experience. Participants in all circles are work toward bringing the PoG to life, ensuring it’s more than just a vision on paper.

Ford NGL Phase 4 and Phase 5 communities are invited to join Ford NGL Circles. These role-alike experiences for Academy Coaches, Academy Principals, District Transformation Leads, and Partnership Directors are designed to facilitate deep, meaningful engagement among peers, focusing on:
